Good stay for the price. Great and stunning setting to one pub to the right. And close to beautiful Bournemouth.

Everything was fine, me and my small family appreciated the stay. There was a bath in the private bathroom.

Thank you for very very good stay, having setting to one pub to the right. The place is next to beach and city centre where loads of restaurants to choose from, transport and restaurants. The beds are big, I greatly enjoyed them. It has a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

This place has a great location near the beach, shops, and a convenience store, and I liked having a separate bedroom, plus the host was really helpful.

Its location was great - easy access to Lower Gardens. Sam made everything for all of us. We stayed 1 night; would like to come again...

The location of the flat is ideal for solo travelers looking for a beach getaway. Within a 2-minute walk, you can enjoy stunning sea views and have easy access to daily exercise by strolling down to the beach. the modern, clean, and spacious bathroom adds a touch of luxury to your stay. Plus, the thoughtful amenities like milk, tea, and coffee create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

There was some noise disturbance at night from neighboring dogs and power tools.

My stay at the Reef9 - Modern Central Flat was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and the city center. The flat itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed, including a hair dryer and iron with an ironing board. The sofabed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large and airy with a high ceiling. it was a delightful staycation in Bournemouth.

While there were no major drawbacks, I did find a couple of minor inconveniences. there were no supermarkets within walking distance, so I had to bring my own groceries or eat out.

Great value for money with a clean and well-equipped room for a one night stay. Free parking and Netflix on the TV were nice bonuses. Perfect location just a short walk to the beach, city centre, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The host was quick to respond to any queries.
